At D.E. Little Law Firm, we specialize in bringing the law to your corner. We are dedicated to understanding what results you want and to helping you understand what actions we can take on your behalf. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.
Legacy of Success
David E. Little has been working in the law practice for 32 years and has a proven track record of success. David has a broad range of experiences and views that assist to give you advice and services. At the firm, we use those tools to help you down a path to give you the results needed.
With law being the base, David has had a number of vocations, including being a lawyer both abroad, in CONUS, and in Texas (1992-present), active and reserve time as a Marine Officer (1991-2016), and a Chaplain in the hospital (2018-2022). David has worked with different sized firms, and has been an associate, partner, and Of Counsel before opening his own firm. He is also an ordained minister, and will be a servant leader to you in a time of unknown or crisis.
David also is the Director of Legal for One Another Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in San Antonio that gives advice and help to churches, people in ministry, and the community by helping relationships and breaking down conflicts. David and his team assists with anything legal the entity or individual(s) have and comes alongside and ministers to them as the firm helps in their time of need.
David is Of Counsel for Muery & Company, PC, a Texas-based firm where he does business consulting and litigation. He is excited to be a part of a veteran-based firm, and has known Adam Muery since 1998 when they were Marines together.

Our Team
Teri Schock, Paralegal
Law can be intimidating. As our paralegal, Teri will work directly with you to make sure you receive the services you need. Teri brings with her experience in Administrative, Personal Injury, Construction Defect, Medical Malpractice, Insurance, Real Estate, Probate and Civil Defense Litigation. Since 1995, she has worked for the Texas Office of the General Counsel; Maroney, Crowley, Bankston, Richardon & Hull, LLP; Germer Gertz Beaman & Brown, LLP; Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom; Maurice Wutcher LLP and Feldmann Nagel Cantafio, before coming to this firm.
Ashley Little, Law Clerk
Ashley is David's daughter and now a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
She is leaving the firm to embark on a law career, and while we are happy to have her leave for that purpose, we are saddened that this part of her journey is at an end. Ashley is clerking for one year (2025-2026) for Justice Rebeca Huddle at the Supreme Court of Texas; then clerking for one year (2026-2027) for Judge David Ezra at the Western District of Texas in Austin; and finally, joining Jackson Walker LLP’s Austin office as a litigation associate in 2027 at the end of her second clerkship. Ashley graduated from the University of Georgia in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, and an Area of Emphasis in Public Policy. Ashley joined the firm in June 2022 and left May 2025. From the firm, we wish you well!
